What medical insurance companies does Flex Therapy work with?

We are able to bill all insurance carriers. We are in-network with Medicaid/Denali KidCare, Medicare, Tricare, Premera (BCBS), Aetna, and Cigna.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We offer discounted prompt-payment rates to families that pay at the time of service. Families may choose to complete prompt-payments if they do not have insurance coverage or if they would like to opt out of paying through insurance.

How much do services cost?

This depends on the service you are receiving and, sometimes, on the length of the sessions. You are entitled to and may request an estimate prior to scheduling any appointments.

Will my insurance cover the cost?

Reimbursement and coverage vary significantly among private insurance carriers and plans. It is your responsibility and you are highly advised to verify your benefits prior to starting with us.
